This diet plan will help me lose weight/fat and maintain a lot of size. There is a lot of diet tips as well. Let me know what you think!

Oatmeal
1 Slice Ezekiel Bread

Meal 2 (and 6) – 7:28
Protein Shake
(and Casein Shake)

Meal 3 (and 5) – 10:20
Chicken Breast
White Rice w/Spinach and Broccoli
(and Chicken Breast w/Broccoli)

Meal 4 – 15:53
1 Slice Ezekiel Bread
1 TB Organic Peanut Butter
