Fat loss burners guide video!
Here are some great tips to drop fat on the ketogenic diet.
Thank you for these awesome tips. I’m 50 and after having a hysterectomy
1.5 years ago, I recently started feeling pains in the joints, my sleep
cycle was off, my diet was crazy, I was gaining weight and my mind was not
in the right place. After two weeks of watching your videos and applying
Ketogenic to my lifestyle, the pains in my joints have somewhat subsided,
my sleep cycle is awesome and I am able to be stress free. As for the
weight gain, it has stopped and now I’m ready for my body to burn the
excess fat for energy, energy, energy LOL! Thanks again :).
Can u record ur self with a better and stable camera instead of holding it
Always good, helpful information, but I wish Stephanie spoke normally.
Totally agree with these points. However, for someone who has work
night-shift for 20+ years, and continue to, it is difficult to adapt to a
‘normal’ sleep cycle on my nights off.
I really love the Keto way of eating and want this to be my last diet.
Yes, I have tried just about everything.
Will continue to watch your Videos. I find them inspiring. I will continue
to hope that these 25 lbs will eventually, gradually go away.
Thank You !!
Kudos to you for taking on the weight loss subject that you’re not too keen
on talking about and spinning it to be a meaningful opportunity for you to
fit it in your personal style of educating the public!! In this case
you’ve recognized that the needs of the many have indeed outweighed the
needs of the one…GOOD SHOW!
A lot of talk about “hunter and gatherer’s” – from this perspective,
women’s bodies were designed to store some extra fat for reproduction. Not
very helpful for vegetarians.
Ate probiotic and fiber supplements the same?
