http://hardtimeshardbodies.com In this episode of Boot Camp FX television you’ll see two exercises that are part of a the ultimate fat loss workout series. These exercises will burn fat and build lean muscle if you support your workouts with the appropriate nutrition strategy.
In this workout you will be performing two exercises for 20 seconds each. Each exercise interval is followed by a ten second recovery period.
The first exercise is the Kettlebell swing squat and press. Perform the movement for 20 seconds or until you can no longer maintain perfect form. Follow the work period with a 10 second rest.
The next exercise is the mountain climber. Perform this movement for 20 seconds or until you can no longer maintain perfect form. Follow this with 10 seconds of recovery.
