Sup guys! 😀 Wanted to post a quick video going over my current Low-Carb Fat-Loss Diet since I get a lot of questions about how I structure my diet in order to lose body fat but also have good energy for training and meeting the demands of my day! 😀

Of course things will be different for everyone and their unique bodies and goals, but right now here’s about how it looks for me:

2300 – 2400 Calories
100 Carbs
75 Fats
325 Protein

Of course those numbers may vary day to day, but that’s been working pretty well for me and I may even be able to bring down my calories a bit further if I wanted to 🙂
