1:43 Whole grains: Whole grains such as brown rice are much better for you than white rice or white bread. These grains provide a slow digesting carbohydrate that helps the body maintain a well balanced fat loss diet and helps with increasing your metabolism.

2:33 Fiber: Most Americans don’t eat enough of this. Eating more fiber can help with the body’s digestion and also can help you get rid of toxic waste from the body. Consuming more fiber will also raise your body’s metabolism by make it work harder through digestion.

3:38 Tofu: This yummy food makes an awesome substitute for cheese and is a great add-on to any stir-fry dish. Tofu is a great source of protein and has many fat burning nutrients that can help you get the lean flat stomach you’ve been dieting for.
