– Get yourself a timer, I’m using a GymBoss Timer to keep track of my rounds, but you can download an app on your phone or something similar to that.
– Also, grab some water because we will get a rest during this one!

**Be sure to check out the time codes on the first round to see the proper form for each exercise.**
