4 Rounds/4 Exercises/30 Seconds Per Exercise/Short Rests

0:35 Switch Push Ups: It is like a normal push up, but you are going to be moving side to side as you do your push ups. (it is okay to drop to your knees if you have to)

1:09 Bulgarians: hook your back foot to a table or chair, put the other foot forward and do a squatting motion.

1:33 Dips: using a surface, put your butt right in front the surface and dip using your hands on the surface.

2:03 Frog Jump: squat deep with your hands joined and your elbows between your legs. Then, jump like a frog.
